    A simple Ratatouille....
    1 onion
    1 clove garlic
    1 aubergine chopped
    2 courgettes
    1 yellow or orange pepper
    1 carrot
    1 tin tomatoes

Fry the onion and the garlic in frylight, (or you could buy a tin of tomatoes with onion and garlic in them) add all the other ingredients and simmer until it's cooked. Serve with rice, pasta, or as a lasagne sauce You can add any other veg to it too, this is just a basic recipe.

BNS chips..... These don't need par boiling like the potatoe ones, just cut into chip shapes or wedges, and pop in the oven for about 20 mins on gas 6. It's up to you whether you leave the skin on or not. Hope this helps :)

BNS Chips, just cut bns into chip shapes (no need to peel unless you want to) and then either spray with frylight or a little olive oil HE B, and sprinkle with s&p and some garlic powder or garlic salt (or whatever you like) and bake at 180 for about 20-25 mins turning once (no need to parboil). The savoury flavours cut the sweetness of the bns
