BNS Chips?

Hiya Sharon.
I make these all the time,but they dont go crispy like real chips.
Just peel+remove seeds from the BNS chop up into chip sized chunks(cut em quite chunky)spray with LF spray and cook in the oven at about 180-190 i turn em over ½ way through,they take about ½ hr.
Sometimes i sprinkle cajun on em as well.
