BNS Chips?

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me how to make BNS chips? Do they crispy?

Am having a hungry day and have another darn headache, so trying to keep on straight and narrow!

Hiya Sharon.
I make these all the time,but they dont go crispy like real chips.
Just peel+remove seeds from the BNS chop up into chip sized chunks(cut em quite chunky)spray with LF spray and cook in the oven at about 180-190 i turn em over ½ way through,they take about ½ hr.
Sometimes i sprinkle cajun on em as well.

roasties are quite nice done like that as well. Try heating a small tin of bbq beans (2 points)
