Sorry if this is a stupid question, but I am new to SW. In Bodymagic - how would you count doing 10,000 steps per day? Because walking or exercise to be measured in 5 min intervals? Or maybe I am not reading the booklet properly. I know the ealking isnt always brisk but I try to reach 8-10k every day, taking stairs etc instead. My fitbit also measure distance walked - better to use that?
