I've been at Slimming World for one week now (lost 3lbs
) and I am a bit confused about Body Magic.
At the moment I am walking 55 minutes, 4 times a week. Do I just need to record that for a month to automatically get a sticker? And...when I want to progress to the next bit, do I just start adding more activity?
