Yep, I'm a Beauty Therapist & have either worked with or tried most of them.

Depends what you want out of it. Detoxing, relaxing, inch loss?

As you're dieting I'm predicting you'll say the inch loss wrap?? Well the best one by far is the universal body wrap. You'll lose six inches off all over, otherwise you get your money back.

Now, as a rule you put the inches back on relatively quickly. But this only really applies if you eat a load of carbs, drink lots of coffee.... Well as you can't do that on CD you'll keep the inches off as the water will carry on with the flush out!

Good luck & let us know how you get on. x

That's sounds lovely. I think I will treat myself to one when I reach my first goal. A relaxing one sounds good to me.

How much do they cost. How quickly do you put the inches back on? I am getting married next year and would like one done prior to my wedding in August.

    Thanks

I did some research re the universal contour wrap. My local salon does them for £45 for one or £115 for 3. You can also buy home packs - £30 gets you 2 - 4 home ones and £50 gets you 4 - 6. They say you lose at least 6 inches (spread about) for a salon one and if you don't you don't pay! It's supposed to stay off for around 30 days. I'm booked in to have a salon one next thurs, then am going to try the home one just so I can follow it up on my tum :D apparently this one works more long term than most as it doesn't work by getting rid of all your fluids, so drinking water doesn't make you pile the inches straight back on. And you are encouraged to drink water in the days after to encourage more loss. Perfect for CD!!
