boiled ham joint

Hi everyone, am about to buy a ham joint, boil it then cook in oven. Apart from the honey I will put on it, will this be syn free? Am assuming its not reformed meat if its a joint? Any advice would be great x

If it's a joint and all visible fat is removed then it will be considered free food on extra easy and original =)
