books at home, please help working this out

I've been baking with the kiddies and I know that there's enough oats per serving to make my hex b but can someone lovely work out the syns for the rest of the ingredients for me please?

Total amounts as follows and I'll work out amount per square.
30g raisins
20g sugar
45ml apple juice (will prob be negotiable amount but just in case)
2 apples (cooked)
10mls oil

okay - have had a look

raisins - about 4 syns
sugar - 4 syns
apple juice - 1 syn
apples - 2.5 per 100g or 1 cooked cooking apple on average is 4 syns (but they tend to be big)
oil - 4 syns (am assuming that a tsp is 5ml as the app only gave me syns per tsp and am sure 1tsp = 5ml but please check0
