I am following the SW diet from home as I don't have the time to go to meeting unfortunately. I would love to go and meet all the other ladies but I work full time and and am a University student so can't fit it in
Now apart from the Food Optimising book, what other books would you say are essential to following the diet long term? Is there a Syn value book and a book that tells you the weight your HE Bs need to be, like the weight of meat on a Green Day and potatoes/pasta on a Red? It's quite hard just struggling along sometimes.
I am happy to pay whatever it costs to buy them from Amazon but could you give me a run down please?
