Bootcamp W/C 20/09/2010

I will be sticking to the rules of induction to the letter, making sure I get my veg and water in.
I will be drinking 2-3ltrs of water and 2 cups of green tea per day, no squash, no diet coke only water.
I will also be doing the 30 day shred once a day and walking for at least an hour per day.
I have also decided to try a new tactic and eat my biggest meal for breakfast so I am eating lighter at night, see if that helps at all. A typical day will be...

B: Chicken cobb salad
l: fish with buttery sauce and veg
d: scrambled egg and bacon

I'm going to lay off the pork scratchings and SF jelly too for a week. I just need to have a good loss this week to keep me going! Whos in? Post your menu every day and activity and water intake. ALL SINS MUST BE DECLARED!!!

Bootcamps starts monday, so I will be posting my start weight then. Whoever wins the most wins my left over sero bars ;) haha xx

I'm in! Had a poor week so time to get back into the swing of things. I'm going to start a day early and am planning scrambled egg for breakfast, tuna Mayo salad for
lunch and something chickeny for
tea.

Exercise : go to the gym atleast 4 times thus week.

I like the idea of a boot camp, should help with the motivation and all.

great idea esp getting you exercise in sure you will more than happy in a few weeks time x

Monday

Breakfast: 2 fried eggs
Lunch: grilled chicken, with onions, peppers and cucumber
Tea: same but also some tuna mayo (odd i know)

Had to go work today so no gym, but i'll be in there tomorrow. Water, had atleast 2l.

I'm in! Today I "enjoyed":

B: 1 x applewood single cheese portion
L: Salami & edam & tikka chicken salad w/lettuce
D: Pork chop & veg w/roule sauce & halloumi
snacks: 1 x square dark chocolate, 1 x marmite mini cheese

That looks like quite a lot! Best be VERY good tomorrow! Hope everyone's doing ok :)

today I had..

b: sero bar
l: huge chicken and egg salad
d: not had it yet, still feeling very stuffed

4ltrs of water, no exercise because of STILL being ill :(

I am aware this is a rubbish day but I spent most of it pouting and being annoyed with atkins!

Today I mostly be...

B: none, I woke up too late :(
L: bacon and egg omelette and huge salad
D:Mince, mushrooms, dash of passata and cabbage
S: protein shake (want to use them up and it bumps up my cals after exercise)

4litres of water again

feeling a bit better today so going to attempt some exercise :D

ok, I ate:
B: coffee with full cream (allowance), 3 slices of turkey, 4 ounces of cubed cheese
S: SF jelly, another cup of 'JOE' and 1/2 liter water
L: 3 eggs, some green olives and 2 slices of tomatoes + 1/2 liter water

No exercise yet, day 2 of Induction and getting over a cold
