Boots sandwich - syns help please!

Hi guys,

I forgot to get my new password so can't access the calculator. I have majorly slipped this morning... Oops.

I'm on a green day, anyone able to give me syns for this naughty sandwich I inhaled?!

I think that's about 22 syns... it works out as 1 syn per 20 calories (give or take).

There may be a way to subtract some of the cheese as your healthy extra, and the tomato as superfree (but you'll need to know the calories of these so you can divide by 20 and take off the total).

I'm no expert but I think you ought to be very low syns for few days!! Eek!

Thanks! Do you think I can take 6 syns off for the bread? It was malt bread. Oh dear. What a silly silly indulgence!!!

Not for the bread but I would minus 6 syns for the cheese and maybe 1 syn for the tomato... so around 15 syns
