I think a medium box is about 5 syns. Hopefully someone with access to food directory will be able to give you the precise syn value

I have had them a few times as a treat and they are realy tasty. Good value as well if you buy them as part of a meal deal. x x

I quite often have the ones from M&S and Tesco - don't think they are that different or too many syns. Couldn't find them online. Will try again.

Hi, It doesnt appear on the syns online (sorry)

working it out on the syns calculator it comes up as 13 omg

But i think that would probably be wrong as its got free foods in it.

8 Syns per package/portion on Extra Easy
8 Syns per package/portion on Green
16 Syns per package/portion on Original.
