Haha thanks Hun!!! I was in the salon in harrods with all these super posh people picking out very demure baby pinks and nude shades and there's me rooting through all the glitters! Was torn between this and a gorgeous purple glitter but fancied disco ball nails!

Foodie update :)

Breakfast -danio passion fruit (1.5 syns) and a cup of tea (0.5 syns)

Lunch - bachelors cheese and brocolli pasta and sauce with added carrots peas and cauliflower, cooked salmon and my hexa of cheese baked for 30 minutes.

Tea - meatloaf with garlic and herb new potatoes and cauliflower, carrots peas and sweet corn. 2 syns for ketchup

Pudding - butterscotch options stirred into 0% total yoghurt with banana strawberries and raspberries (2 syns)

Total syns - 6

Breakfast - Danone activia 0% yoghurt and a banana

Lunch - homemade syn free salmon pâté with 6 Melba toasts (3 syns) and ribbon cucumber

Snack - another yoghurt and an ice pole (1.5 syns) and a cup of tea (0.5 syns for milk)

Dinner - diet coke chicken with pasta and a salad of lettuce cucumber and carrot with balsamic vinegar and my hexa of mozarella

Pudding - lots of fruit and jelly...... Maybe an alpen light to use my hexb.

Syns - 5

Weigh in tomorrow.... Not feeling confident at all :( damn * week

Breakfast - banana l, alpen light (1/2 hexb) and muller Greek style coconut (0.5 syns)

Lunch - meatloaf with ketchup (2 syns) with a fruit salad and a spoon of jelly.

Snack - alpen light (1/2 syn)

Dinner - sw lasagne (3 syns for white sauce and hexa of cheese, with a few wedges and a big salad.

Pudding - pear and orange with a ginger cream... All syn free.... Then a curly wurly (6 syns)

Total syns -12.... High syn day for me!


Weigh in was 2lb off so chuffed seeing as its *week :)

Food for yesterday :)


Breakfast - muller Greek style (0.5 syn) and a banana. Was still hungry so had porridge (hexb) with options powder (2 syns)

Lunch - pasta with grilled pepper Philadelphia (2 syns) with an apple and tomato.

Dinner - chicken and superfree veg mash topped pie with cheese (hexa) cauliflower and brocolli.

Pudding - total 0% Greek with a white chocolate options (2 syns) and a bag of sweet and salted popcorn (3.5 syns)

Half a syn of milk in a cup of tea

Syns 10.5
