It has really inspired me to see your photos and what wonderful progress you have made - and you started CD on my birthday last year and with a similar bmi to me. I started in September and I know that this year on my birthday I will be reflecting on how different I feel to last year and I will know I am capable of getting to goal by my birthday next year.

Tell me to shhh if this is too personal, but how well did your skin go back with the loss? Just curious cause I already got a bit of a flabby belly after the kids, so I don't want to make it worse.
