I am new to the forum and to the low calorie diet. I started the Promax diet today and so far so good. I was aiming for a low calorie protein shake diet but don't feel I've made the right choice. I've not come across much about this diet on the forum. Do you guys have any tips on protein shake diets? or have any suggestions, I don't feel PD is right for me long term. I plan on loosing two and a half stone on a protein shake diet....
