Bread & Water Retention

Hello,
Started weight watchers 3 weeks ago and have lost 1 stone, but since then I have the worst water retention ever, no matter how much I drink, it just wont go!
I normally find it is alot better if I dont have bread, so have been having porridge with soya milk for my breakfast and a wholemeal pitta bread for lunch.

Can anyone think of any alternatives to bread to have for my lunch? besides salad ? I dont have a cooker at work only a microwave..Im getting fed up of Pitta bread with salad! Salad and then more salad!

Ohh I love jacket spuds, I think I will have that with chilli on, im trying to keep the carbs for my breakfast and lunch to see if that has any effect on my water retention.
