I started simply filling yesterday and it went really well. Felt satisfied all day :)

So Im just thinking about todays meals and everything I'm coming up with seems to come with bread...like bread with soup or a sandwich or toast. I know I should limit my bread intake so do you think it would be a good idea to have one portion as 'free' and then point any other bread I have during the day? Do you think this would help with the weight loss?

If you replace bread with simple carbs like potato, brown rice or pasta you still get the carb fix but the body processes it a lot quicker x
