I started simply filling yesterday and it went really well. Felt satisfied all day :)

So Im just thinking about todays meals and everything I'm coming up with seems to come with bread...like bread with soup or a sandwich or toast. I know I should limit my bread intake so do you think it would be a good idea to have one portion as 'free' and then point any other bread I have during the day? Do you think this would help with the weight loss?
