breadcrumbs -syn or free?

If I weigh out shop bought wholemeal breadcrumbs can I count them as a healthy extra or do I syn them? Thanks

ouu good question!.... i reckon if you blitzed up sliced bread you could HEx them but not sure with the shop bought ones as they probably arent just bread... Don't think the syn value from memory is too bad though....
