IF you miss chippy fish, fishfingers etc, I have a recommendation: marks & sparks lightly dusted haddock fillets. About 150 calories and just over 4g of carbs per fillet, tastes like beautifully seasoned breaded fish.
They also do plaice and cod. Just had this and really enjoyed, so thought I'd pass it on.
