Breaded Onion Rings

Hey!
Could anyone possibly tell me how many syns breaded onion rings are? These ones are LA Diner American Style from Farmfoods if that helps. But just general syns for breaded onion rings cooked in the oven would be muchly appreciated.xx

tesco breaded onion rings 12.5 per 100g
morrisons 8.5 per 100g (raw)?
iceland 14 per 100g
asda 14 per 100g

looks like it might be worth a trip to morrisons!

Right, 2 of them still frozen weigh just under 20g. I'll use the higher syn range just to be careful so would it be fair do you think to count them as 3syns for the 2?? Sorry, it's late and my brain is tired
