breakfast cereal question

    If I am doing an EE day can I use 28g Asda start right as my healthy extra B?

    Can't see that cereal on the website listed as a B choice so I would assume not. So you would need to syn it instead

    No unfortunately not - only ones on the HEB list - it's to do with fibre content!!

    But I thought that you could substitute for own bran products. eg kellogs bran flakes instead asdas bran flakes??

    am i wrong?

    You can swap like for like but not something like honey nut cornflakes where the fibre level isn't high enough.
