Breakfast Ideas and KFC chicken

Morning everyone, I'm getting back on the SW wagon and just writing my shopping list so I'm all prepared. But not having many ideas in breakfast. I sometimes dont have long in the mornings so was hoping some of you could share your breakfast ideas with me. I do a mix of both RED and GREEN days throughout the week.
Also I have seen it mentioned on another post - KFC chicken, does anyone know how to make this??

For weekday breakfast I either have porridge which I nuke while putting my makeup on or a yoghurt and a piece of fruit or two. I then eat again at mid morning break (about 10am) where i'll have more fruit or half of my lunch soup if im hungry or on a red day some chicken pieces.

There is a thread on here for breakfast ideas Pop it in the search bar and you will get loads of ideas. ny recipe you need search for that in the recipe section. most recipes will be on there x x

When I work, I take some fruit, fruit yougart and a couple of boiled eggs for breakfast (sometimes a piece of toast). When I get there, I cut fruit in small pieces and dip in the yougart - it feels as you are eating a lot.
