Ive run out of smoothies and can't b assed to go to the shop til 2m nite lol!
Can I have 2 shakes 2m instead rather than 1shake and 1 smoothie?

Yeah. I only have shakes as I dont likt the smoothies.My understanding is they're interchangeable!

you can also have the Bars that they do....
i am not keen on the smoothies... and mainly have the chocolate shake now a days....

you can mix and match them
