Magic porridge?
I don't do EE as I'm veggie but when I want to use my HEA on extra cheese I make magic porridge.
It's 28g of oats (HEB) mixed with a fat free yogurt, and left overnight. Oats swell up and it's like cold porridge, you can heat it gently too (but be careful as it's yogurt!). Very yummy. Chuck in some chopped fruit too.
