Why don't you have cereal then?

Have it as your HEx B choice and top with some fruit to stay on plan, check your book or opnline to see which ones are listed as HEx B's or syn them if your preferred one isn't on there
Magic porridge?

I don't do EE as I'm veggie but when I want to use my HEA on extra cheese I make magic porridge.

It's 28g of oats (HEB) mixed with a fat free yogurt, and left overnight. Oats swell up and it's like cold porridge, you can heat it gently too (but be careful as it's yogurt!). Very yummy. Chuck in some chopped fruit too.

I know it doesn't 'go' with all cereals but I have a splash of my HEA milk on mine + a pot of free yoghurt. That leaves the rest of my milk for cuppa's & milky options choc later in the evening :)
I have my toast (HEB) with either baked beans, mushrooms, egg or a banana on
I swapped crunchy nut cornflakes with porridge & banana (it did take a while to get used to it though). I'm partial to dorset cereals cranberry & raspberry or apple & saltana flavours (30g sachet is a hexb) :)
