I am pretty sure there is a whole thread for this somewhere but I could not find it.

I am joining slimming world again tomorrow but I am trying to prepare meals ahead of time.

I struggle with breakfast ideas... What do you have for breakfast??

Hi hun, I have any from list below.
Fruit and yogurt
2 wholemeal(hexb) toast with laughing cow lights
Fry up: fried egg using frylight, grilled bacon, syn free sausages, beans or tomatoes and mushrooms (usually Sundays)
2 weetabix(hexb), porridge made with water and then I mix in a Mullerlight, I love the banana and custard on for this.
Any cereal from hexb list.
Boiled eggs and wholemeal toast
Scrambled egg and tomatoes
