I've only just registered with this site today as I'm doing slimming world from home and came accross this site when looking for the syn value for belvita biscuits and was pretty horrified when I did find out lol.
I was wondering whether anyone had any good ideas for breakfasts as I'm a little fussy and don't like any fruit or cereal and as I work and have 2 kids to get to school I don't have a huge amount of time to prepare much,at the moment I'm either having toast or jordans country crisp:any advice would be great

Hi and welcome! To be honest I mainly eat cereal, either weetabix or branflakes. Other breakfasts can be fruit and yogurt, ryvita as a healthy extra with a healthy extra of cheese, a "fry up" so using frylight you can make eggs, sausages (quorn would be free or you can syn them) baked beans, grilled mushrooms and tomatos and toast (healthy extra). Hope you get some other useful ideas. Best of luck!

Linda mcartney red onion and rosemary i think they are called..they are free
 
Those sausages sound nice are they fresh or frozen???
Only problem is unfortunately I don't like any fruit
