Hey hun, I whisk an egg in a shallow cereal bowl with salt and pepper, put it in the microwave til I can see it is cooked (no whisking whilst its cooking) then I take it out and it sinks flat. I then use it as a wrap with a slice of cheese (you know the plastic individually wrapped slices?) and its like a cheese omlette/pancake/wrap but only takes about 2 mins to make and only 1 bowl to wash up!
