i was feeling low, bad tummy upset, so had a bath and went to bedwith my glass of water, thought about how well ive done
next morning i thought this was a breakthrough i never turned to the usuall choc bar pack of crisps or bottle of wine to make me feel better. i come to this forum and bingo its like talking to so many people like myslef. i have been to all the slimming clubs on the planet for over 30 years and hated every minuite of the weigh in the happy clappers and those who lost more then you every b....y week no matter how hard you try. I feel i have got my nice routine going 10, 3. and 8pm now and it fits rounnd me not the clock. I hope this has helped someone who is struggling or wanting to join us on this brill diet.

Great post Acornpink! It's good to know that our habits are changing for the better whilst on LT. Very well done, it's a hurdle that you got over and congratulations for that.

Keep up the good work, you're doing a great job!

Well done :) I didn't realise until I've started lipotrim, that my natural (or not so natural!!!) habit was to look for food when I was getting ready to relax in the evening and also when I was stressed. Until the end of 3rd week I used to catch myself literally looking around when I got really stressed to see what I can eat - forgetting that I was on lipotrim for that second! Unbelievable! I was totally sure that I wasn't a comfort eater....and I really was...... I haven't had these impulses in the last week so hopefully by the time I lose all the weight I want to I'll be able to schedule my meals properly & also deal with stresses of every day life in more constructive ways.

Thank you for putting such a relevant post up!

Great post, thanks Acorn - I need all the help I can get - day 5 and it's not any easier yet, but I will look forward to the time when I stop turning to food at every hurdle.
