Breas outwith HEX Choice

Hi there

A wee quesiton which I am hoping someone can answer for me. This morning I have had my Weetabix and Milk which I used as my HEXA and HEXB. I hv now jus had a sandwich with my 2 slice of wholemeal bread (the small loaf that i use when hvn it as a b choice) how many syns would i count. Is it 6???

Well, I'd count it at that, but on my list a slice off a 400g wholemeal loaf is 2.5 syns so two slices would be 5!

I generally work out hex as 6 syns so I would go for 6!
