Breastfeeding - SW online help

I have joined SW online and aim to start tomorrow, just writing a shopping list now.
Does anyone know in the SW website where or how I find the information about healthy extras and Breastfeeding.
I am Breastfeeding my 4 wk yr old and I know I get extra healthy extras.

If you look in the pregnancy and breastfeeding subforum there are some threads on this - can't remember the exact amount but you do get extra.

On the SW website, if you click "Useful Features" and then put "breastfeeding" in the search box, the first article that comes up has all the details on healthy extras.
