Brekkie without using HEXB

anyone thing of some good ideas for brekkie without using heatlhy ex B's, dont mind using my cheese allowance on it, but already use my bs for alpen bars thro the day, needs to be quick so no sausages, not keen on bacon either, or eggs unless they are filled with veggies but im gettin abit tired of the house smelling of fried veg on a morning lol. any ideas greatfully received!:)

you could do a frittata/quiche the night before..
It does contain egg, but its cooked in the oven..
You could add any veg you want or any meat if your on a red day...
You can have it warm or cold

How about Muller lights and lots of fruit?
That's what I have. I take it to work as I don't like the thought of any cooked food early in the morning.
You could also have ham rolls with cottage cheese (if you are doing red or EE)
Any other ideas would include eggs or a Hex.

I uually cook the veg first like mushroms, peppers, sliced potatoes etc..
Beat the eggs with seasoning and herbs if you like, pour over and bake for about 25 mins

yes, sometimes hard to find but hidden there somewhere ;) just boil. drain then add yoghurt! if you're using Mullers you can add the fruit dependant on the flavour. Blueberries with the blueberry yoghurt is to die for! Or banana & custard!!! YUM!
