I've decided to start doing one of these diary's today. I'm on day 6 of Atkins, sort of Atkins, more just low carb.
started out at 20 stone 1 pound now down to 19 stone 6lb on day 6. 9lb loss so far I'm quite happy with!
the trouble I have is usually I have one massive meal later at night, I need to start earing more small meals and having nothing after around 6pm, I've done good so far today, I had a Avocado for breakfast and made my self a moussaka for tea, never had one before, really enjoyed it, not sure it was worth all the pots it caused but hey ho lol the recipe said it served 4 people, so I was good, I've only eaten 1/4 of it but I could have easily nailed the whole thing!
missed out on dinner, but ill do better tomorrow and try to have my 3 meals!
as for exercise ive done a 6 mile walk with the dogs and have the blisters to prove it! ouch!
