Bride to be diary!!

HI,

My name is tatum and im starting the diet today i think it would be a great idea to write everything down to keep myself motivated and also encourgment for any other brides to be!!

Im the typical text book yo yo diet book! my oH has got red up asking me what diet im doing and just thinks this will be a fase but how wrong he is! Its now November and i have till march to get into a size 12 wedding dress as its already brought! (im a 16 at min)

I had a porridge for breakfast which was ok and a choc shake for lunch with yas yum im going to save my soup for when im cooking for children after work because im scared that im going to get hungry when i start cooking!
Im not a great fan of plain water as i drink alot of jucie but im trying hard to drink at least 2ltrs today!
well wish me luck and im going to post every day untill i do my dress up! :D

Well first day over with! It was quite funny coz every 4 hours i started to feel hungry so i can time when i have a pack! Andvi drunk about 2 litres of waterbyay me!

hungry today! well not so much but found myself sucking the last bit shake from the bottle! i had to put my self to bed after the kids went to sleep about 830 couldnt stand watching my Oh munching on crap! but on the plus side i feel like ive got alot of energy today! lets see how i feel this afternoon! T

Can not remember now, but someone recently read up on sleep and weightloss, and apparently a decent night's sleep is directly correlated with greater weightloss. So embrace those early nights!

I love to sleep, but because I hate my job so, so much, I end up staying up far too late every night just to maximise the time until i'm back at work again. *sigh*

Oh no is your job that bad!!! im so knackered by 9 but its a luxury if i can get into bed early!

Ive had a good day feeling faint and have a mad headache i think my body is going into shock! ive never drunk this much water!
