Bringing Head Out of the Sand :(

My new scales weigh me in kg's and I have been in slight denial about what my weight is now that I have been 'winging it' and really not sticking to SW at all if I am completely honest. I thought that I was getting away with it and although I wasn't losing weight it was staying pretty much the same.

So today I found a kg=lb conversion chart and found out that 81.5kg isn't 12st7 but 12st 11.5lb :(

So head well and truely out of the sand, I need to get organised and start planning meals and stop eating pizza and drinking wine (yes - I dont really know how I thought that wouldn't pile on the lb's either!!). Porridge and a cappuccino for breakfast (HexA + B) then off to Asda to buy a salad and some nice meat for lunch. The party I was trying to get down to 12stone for is next weekend - know I cant miraculously drop 11.5lb in 11 days but even if I could get 5lb off I know I will feel so much better and healthier to boot.

So can I jump back on the waggon with you girls yet again? :wave_cry:
