Well, a guy came out. Spent three minutes looking at unit and said "Cant do anything". I somewhat politely told him what I thought of the service we have recevied so far. He then decided to actually OPEN the unit and look inside and try a few things. No joy.

He did however rpovide me with a little heater. So I now have one in the lounge and can take one up when I try to bathe in my kettle filled tub.

What a pain in the aresenic.

I give up now, and accept I will spend a chilly weekend. but I am trying to look at it as an adventure.
