Brown meat from chicken free?

Is the brown meat (ie legs and thighs) free on extra easy if the skin is removed, or is it only the breast that counts?

Yes, all the chicken is free (breasts, legs, thighs) is skin is removed and cooked without fat.

If you cook the chicken with the skin on, but don't eat the skin, is the chicken still free?

Yes as long as you don't eat the skin the chicken itself is free x

Thank goodness! chicken thighs are so much tastier than breast, which I always find to be bland.
