brown sauce and special k

Hi all

Can anyone tell me how many syns are in tbsp brown sauce and also in a pack of special k mini breaks (original and chocolate - love these)

Both the Mini Breaks are 5 Syns each. HP is 1 Syn per tbsp unless it's reduced salt & sugar, in which case it's 1.5 Syns per tbsp.

for items with no free food allowance, just look at the calories for how much you are having and you can work out using the 20 calories = 1 syn rule of thumb.

both items have no free food allowance.
