Hello everybody. I think I need to start this as I am feeling I am already starting to get out of control and I am only around 6 weeks... Have not been feeling too sick but just always hungry and craving bad stuff :( I am also getting married June next year so cannot afford to gain much :(

So I will be doing calorie counting and will be listening to virtual gastric band. I have also ordered new trainers as I want to do lots of walking and starting pregnancy yoga :)

I will need lots of support so any help and advice is much appreciated.

Congratulations on your pregnancy! I think it's such a good idea to keep a diary of your food as it helps you keep track of your weight etc. I'm cal counting at the min but did sw until 25 ish weeks, weigh in tomorrow but currently at 33 weeks tomorrow and 14lb gain. Good luck! X

I was thinking of doing SW but I think it's gonna be too much hassle at times when I just need to grab a sandwich, ready meal etc. Am calorie counting too and enjoying it. x
