bubble & squeak recipe

Hi

I have really fancied bubble and squeak for a while is there a recipe for it anywhere? Is it free?
If anyone knows of any free pre-made ones that would also be fab

Could I make it with mash, cabbage and spring onions or do I need more stuff??
