Day 1 EE

B: Sweet cous cous with apple and summer fruit + 250ml soya milk (1/2 hea).

L: H/M lentil soup, open sandwich (heb) with chicken salad and h/m houmous + carrot sticks, melon and shape rhubarb crumble (1/2 syn).

D: Chicken fried rice (h/m) with babycorn and mushrooms followed by melon, blueberries and apple crumble shape (1/2 syn). Maybe 3/4 s/f jelly (1 syn).

Snack: 3 ELLC (1/2 hea).

Syns used: 2 + maybe add 3 for oil hubby used cooking dinner to be on safe side, so 5 syns.

Comments/advice welcome.

B: Sweet cous cous with grapefruit, apple and 250ml milk (1/2 a).

L: H/M lentil soup, open chicken salad sandwich (b) (inc lettuce, toms, cuc, carrot batons and h/m houmous instead of marg) followed by melon and a shape apple crumble yog
(1/2 syn).

D: 4 quorn sausage (4 syns), peas, corn and a j/p, followed by cherries, melon and another yog (1/2 syns).

Syns used: 5

Snacks: 3 ELLC (1/2 a).

Lots of n/s squash, 4 cups of tea and 2 coffee.

Any comments/advice always welcome:)

How are you feeling? I love the feeling early on when you are feeling good about making positive changes x

B: 45g porridge (b + 1.5 syns) with apple and blueberries.

L: 2 slices wholemeal bread (b), scrambled egg, beans and mushrooms and a mugshot (chicken) followed by mango, apple and shape apple crumble yog (0.5 syn).

D: Sticky quorn fillets with mash potato, corn on cob and peas followed by melon and apple yog (0.5 syn).

Snacks: 5 ellc (a), was all had in box and 500ml soya milk as coffee (a), also shape yog as hubby working later (0.5).

Syns used 3.

L: H/M lentil soup, eggs mixed with lf philly spread (1/2 a) on 4 rice cakes (6 syns), salad bits followed by melon and shape apple crumble yog (0.5 syns), a peach.

D: H/M Singapore noodles (half pack ready rice noodles = 1 syn) with pork strips, chicken and prawns, plus tons of veg. Corn on cob on side followed by sf jelly (1.5 syns), melon and shape yog (0.5 syns).

Snacks if needed: rest noodles (0.5 syns).

Syns used: 12.5 or 12.

I have been to dentist and have sore tooth so been eating soft food.

B: 45g porridge (b + 1.5 syns) with apple. 1/2 grapefruit.

L: H/M tomato and lentil soup (with onion, carrots and swede), 50g porridge (b + 2.5 syns), melon and yoghurt (0.5 syns).

D: Mashed potato with 40g philly light (1/2 a), 3 quorn sausages (3 syns), peas and corn on cob, followed by melon and yog (0.5), maybe few blueberries.

Snacks: 35g philly light mixed with boiled egg white and spring onion.

2nd hea 500ml of soya/skimmed milk used in porridge and tea/coffee.

Syns used: 8

Comments/advice always welcome.

L: H/M tomato and lentil soup (packed with veg), 2 slices nimble (b) with ELLC (1/2 a), bacon and salad (inc tomato, lettuce, yellow pepper and spring onion) followed by melon, small bunch of grapes and shape yog (0.5 syns).

D: H/M chicken biyriani (packed with veg) followed by melon, apple and yoghurt (0.5 syns).

Snacks: None

Syns = 1

Other half (a) 250 ml skimmed milk for tea/coffee.

L: H/M tomato and lentil soup (packed with veg), left-over chicken biryani (tons of veg again) followed by melon, handful of grapes and yog (0.5 syns).

D: Chickpea loaf, h/m coleslaw inc apple (1 syn for mayo), salad (inc red pepper, cabbage, toms, cucumber, spring onion), 2 slices of toast (b). Followed by yog (0.5 syns) and melon.

Snacks: 3 ELLC (1/2 a), other 1/2 a 250ml skimmed milk for tea/coffee.

Syns used 2.
