Hello all,
I'm 12 weeks pregnant today and my due date is 31st August. I'm really happy and can't wait. I have been fairly relaxed with food for these first few months because I haven't been feeling my best. My priority has been to eat healthy and not worry too much about the gain. I have eaten fairly healthy but I have also been snacking on junk when ether I feel sick. So now I'm at 12 weeks I feel like I want to control my weight gain a little bit.
I weigh 186.5lbs this morning which is a 7lb gain since becoming pregnant. So I would like to lose that. Although my weight is high I'm not actually classed as obese as I am tall.
If I was going to set a target I would like to lose the 7lbs in week 12-16. Then in week 16-40 I want to try and gain no more than 20lbs throughout my whole pregnancy.
So here I am at Slimming World Online. I have everything I need to start, so I will update tonight with my first food diary
P.S - this is my first and I'm petrified lol
