    I have looked through all the posts in here and cant find anything to do with Burger king. Could someone please help me as i had bacon double cheeseburger and dont know the syn value.

    Would love it someone out there knows the syn values for Burger king food as we go maybe once a month and i am doing really well xx

    The XL Bacon Double Cheeseburger has nearly 1000 calories!! Can't get over that!! That's not even including chips!:eek:

    I would rather make my own syn free burger, using a wholemeal roll as a HEb.

    I didnt realise it was that bad. That is HUGE. Well i wont be eating many of them for a long time lol.
