Hello all would a hamburger from macDonalds obviously minus the bread@ just the meat bring me out of ketosis? I am craving one bad and it is just meat ? X

You may want to to post in another forum as this is the CD inspirational photos. So people may not see it.

Cravings are natural when you start. So I'm going to give you some tough love. Don't start looking for cheats if you want vto do this. Have a cup of coffee, have another of your packs if you are on a vlcd, go for a fast walk 10 minutes in one direction and then faster back - just do something to distract yourself.
