Burgers from M&S

I've got some nice burgers from M&S for me and OH to munch tonight. They're made with ex.lean beef mince and on the Syns Online, they say there's 6.5 syns in them.

This might be a daft question, but this seems quite high in syns....does the syn value on a red day take into account the free food mince?

Sorry - if it says 6.5 then that's what it will be. What are the other ingredients? It may be that there are cereals in them to bulk out the meat and that is what is driving up the syn value.

Yeah there's a bit of filler....that's where the syns are. No probs though, I have syns to use! Cheers.
