These are soooo yummy and really filling. Free on EE :happy036:

Ingredients

40g/1.5oz Couscous
400g/14oz Extra Lean Minced Beef
1 Onion, Finely Chopped
1 Heaped Tsp Mixed Herbs
1 Dsp Chilli Flakes (add more or less dependant on personal taste)

Method

1. Pour 50ml (2fl oz) boiling water over the couscous and leave to swell for around 5 minutes
2. Add the mince, onion, herbs and chilli flakes to the couscous and mix thoroughly
3. Shape into 4 burgers and grill for 5 mins on each side (or cook on George Foreman for approx 10 mins)
