Burst packs

Hi guys, my last 2 orders I've had burst packs, 9 today. Does anyone else find this? X

not any of them, are you getting them in boxes or an envelope...?

they replace them for you though right?

Never had any burst, in fact I struggle to open then half the time so not sure why they have split???

I emailed them and rob replied at 9:45 last night saying they had a faulty batch of veg soups and will get me some replacement sent out. Now that is extremely impressive customer service I must say!!!!
