I'm new to SW I started on thursday after going to a meeting where the consultant was feeling ill so only doing a weigh and go meeting. She asked another member to explain the plan to me and my mum who I took along with me! I'm pretty sure I get what I'm doing but I'm just posting this so I've got my own record and so that if I'm doing something wrong hopefully one of you will point it out!

So today I had another early shift at work really struggle with breakfast at 5am as I'm always hungry again by 9! Does anyone have any ideas on something that will keep me going until lunch? Or at least until I get home at 10:30!

So yesterday I didnt post, went out for the morning with my best friend and was really proud of myself for not eating while we were out. We stopped so she could eat and went into burger king. I wasnt hungry but usually I would just eat a meal anyway but I used my willpower and just had a diet coke then ate the soup I'd made when I got home. Today was my first weigh in and I'd lost 3lbs! I'm so pleased with myself and havent felt like I'm missing out at all which I often felt when on WW.

Thank you! I think it helped that I dont really like burger king though! Still I could have gone somewhere else but I didnt so I'm really pleased. Now I've just got to keep it up.

Wasnt too good yesterday, was at my nans doing a bit of clearing out and forgot to take anything for lunch. Bought a pot shot thing which wasnt too tasty but was low in syns but forgot to grab anything superfree! Then in the middle of the night I remembered I'd forgotten to have anything from hex a! Total fail but I dont think it was too awful really...
