hi all am new here..... have been trying to low carb by myself since Wednesday.... looking up allabout different low carb diets and it's all a bit confusing :/ I do have a question though...... how much butter does everyone have? is there a limit to how much you can have? I know Atkins lists it in the induction lists and says a seving is 1 tbsp. but doesn't say if it is restricted. am trying to work out exactly what and how much I can eat :/ we eat a lot of green beans and broccoli so I know I need to look at portion sizes when we have these....do you guys eat cauliflower and tomatoes on induction? milk will be the hardest thing to give up...tat and coffee!
