Step2 810kcal Butterflies weight loss!!

I lost a rather rubbish -0.5lbs this week! deserved it though! i am now 100% on track as of Tuesday morning and will loose this week.

I went gym this morn and plan to go again fri morn and once over the weekend and a long walk this weekend too.

Might even do a bit exercise at home on the days in between!!

I am def getting 3-4lbs loss this week!!

This week.... i lost..... 3.6 lbs!!! ahhhh sooo happppyyy!! My waist has gone down, so have my body fat %, muscle % has gone up and BMI down!!
Oh yeah!!!
