I all. I have decided to post my food diary on here along with my paper diary so I can get some feedback on how to improve weight losses.

Currently weigh 18st2 I am getting married may 2013 and want to lose all my weight by then.

All comments appreciated.

Right day 1 - EE

Breakfast - mushroom omelette

Lunch - ham salad sandwich. Using whole meal slices (b) celery, wotsits (5 1/2)

Dinner - spaghetti and meatballs from 100 days EE. 30g cheese (a) followed by yogurt with strawberries

Snacks - pear, banana

Exercise plan. 30 day shred and Zumba on Xbox
